Orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Personalized or customized orders may require additional processing time. We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, but please understand that fulfillment times can vary depending on the volume of orders and other external factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment. Please be aware that tracking numbers can take 1-7 business days to update, depending on our mail pick-up day and when the postal service scans your package.
Packaging and Handling
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A small handling fee may be included in the shipping cost to cover packaging materials and labor.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery to ensure your package is delivered without issue.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@tripleeightenterprise.com within 7 days of delivery. You must submit a photo or video of the damaged or defective items. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.
For orders reported as lost or stolen after delivery, reissuance or refunds will only be provided after a claim has been filed and verified by the postal service.
Shipping Delays
Due to global shipping conditions, delays may occur that are beyond our control. For U.S. orders, shipping delays can extend up to 12-24 days, and for international orders, delays can extend up to 14-24 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
